Official Rules
To enter, send your name, complete address, phone number and

You may only enter once, but you will be entered for each subsequent available
drawing after you enter. In fairness to all other entrants, however, you can win only
ONE getaway package. You may also enter via snail mail, by sending
your name and contact information (address, phone number, email address) to Judi Fennell, PO Box 463, Worcester, PA 19490.
Email address and phone number must be included on all correspondence. Please
also tell me how you found out about the contest.
No purchase necessary. Contest entries will be accepted
beginning 9:00 AM Eastern time on October 23, 2008 through 11:59 PM, Eastern
time on January 31, 2010. The contest is open to legal residents of
the United States who are 21 years and older as of October 1, 2008. You may
enter only once, but will be entered in all three drawings, provided
your information is received prior to the first drawing. Anyone entering after the first winner is
chosen will be eligible for the last two drawings. Anyone entering after the
second winner is chosen, will be eligible only for the final drawing.
Winners will be drawn randomly on the dates listed below at
the sole discretion of Judi Fennell. Any expenses or taxes incurred with winning these prizes are the sole
responsibility of the winners. Offer void outside the United States and
wherever prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree to
release, discharge and hold harmless the author, Atlantis Inn proprietors and
Hibiscus House proprietors from any and all liability or damages associated
with acceptance, use or misuse of any prize received in this promotional
contest, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and waive any right to
claim ambiguity in this promotional contest and/or these Official Rules.
The getaway is for room only.
No travel expenses are included. Winners are
responsible for their own travel. Any weekend
package not used within one year of written notification from the participating Bed & Breakfast will
be forfeit. Prizes are non-refundable,
non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. All
arrangements must be made by the three winners
directly with the owners of the Bed &
Breakfasts. The author is not responsible for
booking the weekend, or any communication
between the winners and the venues. By
entering, you are giving your permission for
the author and/or the Bed & Breakfast to
use your name and/or image without
compensation. This contest is not open to
immediate members of the families of Judi
Fennell, the owners of the Atlantis Inn, or
the Hibiscus House. Immediate family members consist
of spouse, children, parents, siblings or
in-laws. The author reserves
the right to modify, cancel or suspend the promotional contest should a computer problem or other cause beyond her control corrupt the
administration, security or operation of the promotional contest. This
includes a change in publication date(s) of the accompanying books. The
odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of
the drawing date(s).
Drawing Dates and Prizes:
Getaway Package #1: In Over Her Head to be released in June, 2009. Drawing will be
held June 30, 2009 and the (1) winner will be notified that evening. Prize for
Getaway Package #1 includes a 2-night stay at the Atlantis
Inn in
Ocean City, NJ for a weekend of your choosing (Friday and Saturday night
stay), based on room availability, including two breakfasts, within one year of notification. Travel arrangements, meals other than the included
breakfasts, and any applicable taxes and expenses will be at the winner's expense.
Getaway Package #2: Wild
Blue Under to be released in November, 2009. Drawing will
be held November 30, 2009 and the (1) winner will be notified that evening.
Prize for Getaway Package #2 includes a 2-night stay at the Atlantis
Inn in
Ocean City, NJ for a weekend of your choosing (Friday and Saturday night
stay), based on room availability, including two breakfasts, within one year of notification.
Travel arrangements, meals other than the included
breakfasts, and any applicable taxes and expenses will be at the winner's expense.
Getaway Package #3: Catch of a Lifetime to be released in
early 2010. Drawing
will be held February 28, 2010 and the (1) winner will be notified that
evening. Prize for Getaway Package #3 includes a 2-night stay at the Hibiscus
House in West Palm Beach, FL for a
weekend of your choosing (Friday and Saturday night stay), based on room
availability, including two
breakfasts, within one year of notification. Travel
arrangements, meals other than the included breakfasts, and any applicable
taxes and expenses will be at the winner's expense.
